Satakunta Museum is a museum of cultural history, with a permanent exhibition based on the past and present times of Satakunta province and the City of Pori.
Provincial museum of Satakunta offers cultural heritage information and services to regional museums, authorities and the general public. Our primary tasks as provincial museum are to advance regional museum work and cherish our cultural environment.

Satakunta Museum has several other locations: The natural history museum Arkki Nature Centre (Pohjoispuisto 7), the Rosenlew industrial history museum (Kuninkaanlahdenkatu 14) and the Toivo Renovation Centre (Varvinkatu 19), which presents traditional Finnish log construction techniques.
